This one day workshop will cover the topic of Maternity Massage.

The Birthing in Good Hands session will cover the treating of the symptoms of pregnancy, labour and delivery, and postpartum; including baby massage and special needs massage
This course is available in class, or live online. Those participating online should have a family member or friend with them to practice on (bonus if you have access to a pregnant person, but any body will do!) Christine will ask online participants to arrive 30 minutes early and keep their cameras on. She would like to be able to give feedback to those not in class.

Modules:
Christine will use her inclusive focus on family and friends tutorial techniques for working in triads. Participants will be teaching tutorials for pregnancy and labour and delivery.
There will be a baby massage class with as many babies as possible attending for the last hour, using the Birthing in Good Hands book as the guide throughout the morning.
